Efficient, quick, honest company to deal with! Call them, do not use the email portal. I got a call back within 5 minutes and installation the next day which took about 30 minutes. Talked me out of expensive options as I would not see the result due to it being a stairwell skylight.

We have a Solatube with a switched light bulb and solar night light that is one of our favorite improvements to our 125 year old house. The LED bulb had failed, but the clear protective lens covering it was firmly stuck, and we were afraid we might damage the tube, so we called for help. We really enjoyed meeting our technician, Mufid Shawsasha, who was able to free the lens and put our Solatube back in working order in no time. A great product and great service.
