Certified Installation Consultant (CIC)

East Bay & North Bay Locations

The role of a CIC is to perform in-home Estimates, Consultations, and Installations. The CIC serves as the face of the company in the field and insures each customer is provided the best experience possible. Our inside team coordinates and schedules appointments; allowing the CICs’ to focus on providing estimates and recommendations, checking feasibility, and encouraging upsells at every opportunity.

We are not a hard-sell company and we excel in providing the best experience possible.  Applicants considered must have a history of providing excellent customer service, a friendly and engaging personality, and a desire to work in the field performing moderate to simple installations.  You must be comfortable with heights, enjoy interacting with customers, and comfortable working with hand tools.

We will provide Manufacturer Certified Training, uniforms, the tools to succeed, and the opportunity for long-term growth.  You must provide the desire and drive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic construction skills using hand tools such as skill saw, drill, measurement devices, etc.
  • Ability to engage customers and build rapport, with the desired outcome of closing the sale in the home
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written
  • Ability to use laptop and/or tablet devices for appointments, note taking, communication, etc.
  • Consultative sales experience is highly desired
  • One-year experience either in a construction environment, home improvement or a sales role.
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to prove insurability

Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

East Bay & North Bay Locations

The role of an Inside Sales Representative is to identify and qualify potential customers as well as independently and cooperatively close prospects.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identifies and qualifies prospective customers.
  • Explains products and benefits to customers.
  • Closes sales via showroom traffic and telephone.
  • Performs both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintains database of contacted prospective and current customers.
  • Conducts sales promotions for first time buyers.
  • Maintains efficient and accurate CIC scheduling practices.
  • Communicates effectively with peers, supervisors, management, and external contacts.
  • Completes accurately and in a timely manner all reports as required by the Company.
  • Attends meetings and classes as required.
  • Performs all duties safely.
  • Performs all related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree required.
  • Degree in business or comparable training with three (3) years of experience preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years telephone sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.
